Data Deletion Request

In short — this service has no accounts and receives no personal data such as names or email addresses. The only things that can be deleted are ① settings kept on this device and ② one random string that sits briefly on the server. You can delete ① yourself right away; ② disappears on its own within about an hour.

1. Deleting data on this device

The following values may be kept in this device’s (browser’s or app’s) local storage. None of them is sent to a server. See §4 of the Privacy Policy for details.

ic.motion · ic.bright — display settings
ic.pos · ic.read — your reading position
ic.born — your birth date, stored only if you turned on “Remember in this browser” yourself

How to delete (any one of these is enough)

Inside the site: “Forget saved date” on the first screen (birth date), “Start over” in the resume prompt (reading position).
Android app: Settings → Apps → INNER CROWD → Storage → Clear data (or uninstall the app).
Browser: clear the site data and cache for yourinnercrowd.com in your browser settings.

2. Server-side records

To produce the visitor count at the bottom of the page, the server briefly keeps one random string made fresh for each tab and the time of its last signal while the page is open (Privacy Policy 5-2).

The string is not linked to a name, email, account, birth date or IP address, and cannot be used to find out who you are.
After 150 seconds without a signal it is no longer counted, and it is deleted from the server within about an hour. There is nothing you need to do.
The cumulative visit count is a single number that is not tied to any person, so there is nothing individual to delete.

3. If you still want to request deletion

Email the address below with “Data deletion request” in the subject and the app name (INNER CROWD) and your request in the body. In every case where it is possible we reply with the result within 7 business days. Because this service keeps nothing that identifies you, we must tell you in advance that finding and deleting one particular person’s record on the server is practically impossible.
